Small Chef's Knife
Designed by Sam Hecht the knife has a ceramic based handle that is 'cool' to the touch, black and stain resistant. The blade is made from a high carbon stainless steel that is a combination of carbon, chromium, molybdenum and vanadium. Best not to use a dishwasher for such high quality knives. Rust spots may appear if knives are left dirty, or in contact with salty or acidic solutions, or certain detergents. They can be avoided if knives are kept clean and dry at all times.
